This is a FastAPI application bootstrapped by BackendIM, the AI-powered backend generation platform.

## Installation

1. Clone the repository
2. Install dependencies:

```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt
```

## Running the Application

```bash
uvicorn main:app --host 0.0.0.0 --port 8000 --reload
```

## API Endpoints

- `GET /health`: Health check endpoint
- `GET /api/v1/items/`: List all items
- `POST /api/v1/items/`: Create a new item
- `GET /api/v1/items/{item_id}`: Get a specific item
- `PUT /api/v1/items/{item_id}`: Update an item
- `DELETE /api/v1/items/{item_id}`: Delete an item

## Database Migrations

Run the following commands to apply or create migrations:

```bash
# Apply migrations
alembic upgrade head

# Create a new migration
alembic revision --autogenerate -m "Migration message"
```
